Gemma arterton

Gemma Christina Arterton was born in Kent in Gravesend. Greater London. She is most famous for playing roles in films such as Quantum of Solace, The Disappearance of Alice Creed, along with a host of other which include 'Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters. Her birthplace is Gravesend near Greater London. She began her career after taking classes at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and made her film debut as a support role on the comedy movie "St. Trinian's'. Shortly after, she was featured in the spies thriller "James Bond" film 'Quantum of Solace'. The film had a great success commercially and was met with generally average reviewers. In the following film, she played the lead female character in the action-fantasy film 'Prince Of Persia: The Sands of Time'. In the past, she was a role as a support on the French film "Orphan,". Her professional career has led to her being nominated for numerous awards. The award she received was the highly coveted Empire Award for best newcomer for her role in Quantum of Solace and the Evening Standard Theatre Award for her performance as a supporting actress in Made in Dagenham.
